PARKING
Where parking fees apply, clients are required to cover parking costs for the duration of the service. Valet parking is required for all hotel locations and must be arranged by the bride and charged to their room

TERMS & CONDITIONS​​

​​​​​​​​Trials

​​

  • Bridal trials are held at Julia's home studio in Doncaster East. Each trial includes one bridal look; additional looks will require booking a separate trial.

  • Hair must be washed and blow waved smooth the day prior to your trial unless otherwise discussed prior.

  • Please note that trials are conducted on specific dates that might not align with your pre wedding events such as Hens or Bridal shower.

  • One style is permitted per trial, if you would like to try multiple styles you must book multiple trials.

Deposits/Final Payment

​

  • A $300 deposit is required to secure all bookings, this must be transferred within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.

  • Bridal deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances of cancellation.

  • No dates can be held without a deposit.

  • When you are ready to secure your wedding date, an invoice stating the deposit amount and the balance will be sent via email.

  • The wedding date is not secure until proof of payment is received.

  • Once a wedding date is secured with a deposit, changes to any details of the booking may incur additional charges such changes include (but are not limited to) change of location, change of start time, and the addition of any services etc.

  • If the size of the Booking decreases within 3 months of the wedding date, the client will be charged the full amount of the agreed upon quote before this 3 month period. This will also apply to the cancellation of touch-up services.

Details

  • Julia will be in touch during the week leading up to your wedding to confirm all final details.

  • Julia will arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to set up.

Touch up services starting at $500

​

  • Julia offers touch up services/change of hairstyle at your reception.

  • If you are interested in these services please discuss with Julia via email.

Veils

​

  • As Veils are applied later in the day, Julia does not stay to apply the veil.  A trusted bridesmaid will be shown how to apply the veil.

Julia can service up to 6 individuals on her own. For bridal parties larger than 6, she will source an additional hair stylist at an extra fee of $350. Please note that this fee does not count towards the minimum spend requirement.
